If there’s anything I learned about research, it’s that the things you’re most passionate about have a way of being thrown back on your face.
It’s like, your lived experience is either a stark contrast from what’s in the literature, triggers an epiphanic episode, or “cannot be proven” because it was never researched. So what does that mean for someone like me?
