So I’m scrolling through TikTok, and…

What’s this I hear about a judge making abortions legal in Georgia again? As in “Red State” Georgia? The same Georgia that’s so conservative, they still haven’t changed the state flag all the way?

I’m not surprised, though, because the judge who did that is in Fulton County. Georgia is a Red State (swing, maybe?) But its capital is very much Blue.

That said…

I wouldn’t be surprised if the state’s Supreme Court put the 6-week ban back into place, either. What would surprise me is if the state’s Supreme Court upheld the decision.

Now that would be unprecedented.
